So something that I am noticing in my messages on Instagram is people making enquiries about my Elite Programme in the New Year. Which is all good and well but shouldn’t we be trying to maintain our health goals all year round? Now I’m not saying get down the gym on Christmas Eve and skip the dessert – no no no no! But let’s be mindful of how important your health is to you and not screw it up because everyone else is!
